Since convenience is a top priority for our clients, we are very pleased to introduce our new Mobile Reservation App. With this new mobile app, you’ll be able to make reservations from your smart phone or tablet, change reservations, order receipts and track your chauffeur’s progress to your location. You will also be alerted as to who your chauffeur is and be able to contact the chauffeur directly with your app. This new app can be found in the app store and is totally FREE to down load to your phone.
Along with this new mobile app, ELC Chauffeured uses a state of the art reservation system with an on line reservation portal available as another option for our clients to manage their account and reservations. Real time flight tracking, GPS vehicle tracking and chauffeurs digitally connected with tablets are all part of our effort to provide better service, convenience and value to our clients.
ELC Chauffeured offers the newest and most diversified fleet in the area including luxury sedans, SUV’s, Mercedes Sprinter vans, limousines and 24 to 34 passenger mini coaches. Full size coaches are also available upon request. This diversification along with one of the largest fleets in the area gives us the ability to handle the needs for any event or occasion of any size. And to ensure your safety, our vehicles are inspected daily .
While new technology and new vehicles are an important part of our success, the people in our organization are the key to our success. Careful screening with extensive background checks and drug testing are an integral part of our recruiting process. Our chauffeurs go through extensive training programs and continued education in safety and comfort driving as well as customer service and etiquette. But our training doesn’t stop there.
